Of course! Here’s a polished version:

WriterCam began in the 1990s as one of the earliest webcam sites, thanks to a beta version of one of the first Intel webcams I received. While there were sites like JenniCam that captured more dynamic content, mine was simply a camera pointed at me while I wrote. Despite its simplicity, the novelty of the concept at the time brought in a significant amount of traffic by the standards of that era. This led to me being featured in an article by the Dallas Morning News, which was later syndicated and earned me my first “15 minutes of fame.”

If only I had a novel available at the time…

Here’s what people would actually see on it if they sat and watched. It ran for over 10 years.
